The other side of food

I received the impact reading this book.
This book is a book that appeals for the information disclosure of the food additive.
We consumers do not know the other side of food.
We do not know the milk put in coffee is made only from water, the salad oil, and the additive.
We do not know the packing salad are disinfected in the pool of the sterilizer many times.
We do not know the meatball consisting of the meat immediately before the abandonment reproduced by using a large amount of additive.

But, we must not forget to have received a lot of favors of the additive. We obtained cheapness, easiness, and convenience thanks to the additive.

This book doesn't say only that the additive is not good!!
It is a consumer that chooses and eats the commodity.
I think the most important thing is the consumer have the correct knowledge of additive.
